Refund and Cancellation Policy
DummyFares.com offers dummy flight and hotel reservations for documentation purposes only. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:
Refund Conditions:
- Once a booking (PNR) is confirmed and issued, the ticket is final and non-refundable. We do not refund for airline cancellations, schedule changes, or visa denials, as these are beyond our control. No refunds are given for completed bookings due to change of plans.
- The only exception is if the PNR we provide is invalid or the service fails to deliver a valid reservation; in that case we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- All refunds (when allowed) are processed via Razorpay to the original payment source. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel before we issue the reservation (i.e. before ticket processing), you may receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact our support team with your order details.
- Once we have processed and issued the dummy ticket, cancellation or changes are generally not possible and no refund will be given. You acknowledge that after issuance, the booking is complete.
- Cancellation requests after issuance are handled manually on a case-by-case basis, but refunds remain unavailable. Please contact info@dummyfares.com if you need assistance; we will review the request, but our strict no-refund policy applies once a PNR is active.
No Liability for External Issues:
- DummyFares.com does not guarantee visa approval or travel outcomes. We are not responsible if a visa is rejected, and no refund is due in that event. Similarly, if an airline cancels or changes a flight, we cannot refund you; any such issues must be resolved with the airline per their policies.
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms. No refunds will be issued beyond the narrow exception above. Please read all rules before booking.
